Shipping policy
We ship our orders worldwide!
After completing your order, we require 1 business day to process your order and prepare it for the shipping center.
Our shipping time is generally 5-8 business days for the United States and 6-12 business days for International Countries. Please keep in mind, that some factors beyond our control might affect this duration, such as weather condititons, holidays, current product demand, order volume, delivery destination/country or shipping company errors. Rest assured, we'll do our best to keep you updated using all available information.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated in the postal system. Please note that your order is indeed on its way and that there is NO delay in delivery, only in the status update of the tracking number. After this period, you can easily track your order on your country’s postal website!
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to shorten processing and shipping times, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address! Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this to your respective shipping carrier.
