Return Policy
We offer a straightforward 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please review our full policy before initiating a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Important: This policy does not apply to our Made to Order products.
Made to Order Products
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled and will only be eligible for returns if they arrive damaged or defective within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us with Name and Order Number to start your return quickly and easily.
If your order included multiple items, please clearly specify which items you are returning.
Please note: The cost of the shipping label / return costs will not be covered by us.
All returns must include tracking; otherwise, the return/refund will be voided. If you use your own label, you must send us the tracking number along with your order number and name to confirm your return. You can send your tracking number here: Contact Us.
Once your return is approved, please ship the item within 5 business days. Returns shipped after this period may be voided.
Do not send any items back without prior approval — they will not be accepted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate an Exchange
We offer one free exchange per order. This applies to U.S. orders only. Foreign exchanges may incur an additional cost—please Contact Us. to process any international exchanges.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchanges for items of equal value are free (sales tax may apply).

If the exchanged item is higher in value, you will be charged the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping Protection
Customers who purchase shipping protection are eligible for one replacement or refund per order if the package is lost or damaged.
- Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- Protection applies once per order, per customer.
- To activate your shipping protection, you must submit proof of the issue before we can proceed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return items without justification. Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
