At Kingsley and Mason, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Shipping speed selected
- Total weight and size of your package
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on specific products or order minimums.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During high-volume periods (e.g., holiday seasons or sales), processing may take slightly longer.
If we encounter any issues (such as payment failure or incomplete address), our team will contact you via email before dispatching your order.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:
- Transit Time: 6–9 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 7-12 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Shipping Carriers
We partner with a network of reliable, well-established shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location and the items ordered, your package may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted regional and international carriers.
The carrier used will be based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s progress.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
Hudson and Mark are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from inaccurate shipping information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered the fulfilment stage.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated in the postal system. Please note that your order is indeed on its way and that there is NO delay in delivery, only in the status update of the tracking number. After this period, you can easily track your order on your country’s postal website!
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to shorten processing and shipping times, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address! Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost, damaged or Stolen Packages
We take product quality seriously. If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, please email help@kingsleyandmason.com with:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- Within 7 days of delivery
If verified, we will issue a replacement. Refunds will not be offered unless a replacement cannot be provided.
Note: Claims outside the 14-day window cannot be processed under any circumstance.
Order Not Received?
If your order hasn't arrived, we will launch a trace and resolve it promptly. Important: Kingsley & Mason is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
- Incorrect/incomplete address at checkout
- Missed delivery attempts
- Customs delays or refusal to pay
- Import duties
We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to customer input error or refusal to pay duties.
